Seeds to provide approximately 100 families with their veggies

We have been farming for 12 years and it still amazes me the amount of produce that can be grown from such a small amount of seeds.  These seeds will provide 100 families with most of their veggies from mid May until the end of October.  Each week, throughout our growing season, we are harvesting a couple pickup truck loads of produce just from these couple boxes of seeds.  We do also purchase seed potatoes that aren’t pictured here.
Once we receive our seeds, we log their lot number into our database then catalog the seeds in bins by their family.  This organizational strategy allows us to easily locate the seeds for seeding during the hectic growing season.
On top of the boxes of seeds is one of our bins used for seed storage. Below that, are boxes of seeds from Johnny's and Fedco that will feed our CSA and market customers for the 2011 growing season.

The last week of January we have spent around 3 days clearing our farm roads because it was too cold for working on greenhouses. We saw the wood and set the brush along side the road which creates habitat for birds.
