How industrial farming destroyed tomatoes

Jack Craft brought to my attention this interesting article on NPR in regards to tomatoes. Our top selling crop for the past several weeks has been both slicing and cherry tomatoes. We harvest our crop ripe and loose a bit of it to cracking. This next week I will try to find time at market to photograph our tomato display.
