This sausage is a traditional “fresh” polish sausage, and is not smoked, yet contains the spices traditional to this sausage: garlic, salt and pepper. One of our favorite is this sausage cooked with cabbage. Also, we love this sausage in sauteed with peppers, while we prefer poblano peppers, you can use bell peppers so you don’t have the heat! This recipe for with sauerkraut and potatoes is another summer favorite of ours that we frequently have during the winter.
This product is sold by the pound with each package containing 4 links in casing. The price is an approximation based on the average weight of the package. We will adjust the cost on your order once we have pulled the product from inventory.
