Often known as “Green Chilies” and is the mildest of the hot peppers. This pepper is long and tapered anywhere from 5 to 7 inches, with a dark green color that turns red when fully ripe. This cultivar Highlander, is bred for good productivity even in cooler regions such as our mountain climate where other anaheims are often are shy yielding. Traditional, semi flattened, mostly two-lobed fruits avg. 7″ x 2″. Large, tall plants.
