Pepper: Cayenne Plant

This pepper is excellent fresh for a burst of heat, dried for cayenne powder or  for ristras.  Because it is thinned skin, it dries quickly to a bright crimson for an eye-catching presentation. Big, productive plants. Outperforms many other cayenne cultivars that we’ve grown over the years.

Days to Maturity: 60 green; 80 red ripe.
