Especially good in potato salads, and of coarse served as snacks such as ants on a logor on vegetable platters. You might consider this cerlery toast as an horderve for your next dinner party. this potato soup is excellent and typically celery is used in many recipes for broths. The farm crew has been known to celebrate the first celery harvest of the season with a Bloody Marry. We typically sell our celery with the tops, so don’t discard them, because here are recipes that use the tops.
