Baby Back Ribs

This cut is from the top of the rib cage, between the spine and spare ribs, just below the loin muscle. These are incredible for barbaque style dishes either cooked in a crock pot, smoked or a combination of crock pot and smoked/baked.  These are $6.00 per pound with an average of 2-1/2 to 3 pounds per package.

This product is sold by the pound.  The price is an approximation based on the average weight of the cut so we will adjust the cost on your order once it is completed.
