Eat the entire pea and pod! This pea is especially sweet and tender, which makes a delicious crunchy snack. GREAT briefly steamed to sweeten them up a bit when eaten as a side dish. Another way we love them is is sauteed or in a stir-fry with spring vegetables such as broccoli and bok choy. The NYTimes suggests this this recipe for sugar snaps. They are also great with sesame seeds or roasted.
