This cream was skimmed then allowed to ferment using the natural micro-organisms in the cream to cause it to sour ever so slightly, taking on a tanginess. Churning this cream into butter will give your pets “European flavored” butter. A real treat for your pets! If making your pets butter, be sure the temperature of your cream is between 50 and 56 degrees before churning the cream into butter. These instructions will step you through making butter for your pets. The best part of making your pets butter, is then they’ll have buttermilk!!!
