Pepper: Jimmy Nardello(Sweet)

Jimmy Nardello peppers are sweet and delicious pan fried like you’d do with Shisito peppers, an extremely quick and easy side. Another option is to stuff them with goat cheese either this way or or this way. This Italian heirloom was preserved by the Nardello family after immigrating to the United States in 1887.

Sold as a pint which is a minimum of  a 1/3 pound.  Quantity may vary depending on size but typically 6 to 12 peppers may be included in each order.
