Lettuce: Red/Green Oakleaf Bunches

These lettuce bunches are from a read and green oakleaf variety Both types are compact heads with tender leaves that make a beautiful salad of red and green. This is an inexpensive version of our “Salad Mix”.
This balsamic vinaigrette, or if you are like us this buttermilk salad dressing or perhaps this lemon ginger tahini dressing is all the lettuce needs and it becomes a salad that satisfies our craving.

Sold by the bunch approximately 3/4 pound. Normally around 2 – 4 heads are bunched together.
