Kale: Florets

This is truly a spring delicacy because it requires us to overwinter our kale to produce these flowers. They are delicious on salads or can be quickly sauteed adding a little lemon juice. They are a wonderful substitution for rapini, but in spring we will especially love using them in tempora.

Sold by the bunch, each weighing  1/2 of a pound.
