Sausage: Breakfast (Ground)

Our most popular pork product!   This ground sausage is among the best breakfast sausage you will find! Spices: salt, red pepper, sage, sugar, black pepper. Great for breakfast with eggs and biscuits, because it contains a little fat, you can make gravy.  (We know some folks drain off the fat as a treat for their furry friends.  We love to mix this sausage with hamburger meat for an incredible burger. It is also fabulous in meat loaf.

This product is sold by the pound. The price is an approximation based on the average weight of the package so we will adjust the cost on your order once the product is pulled from inventory.
