This variety of bell pepper is Red Knight and matures from Green to Red.  This pepper is perfect for our climate because not only does it produce large blocky fruit, the fruit ripens to red in only 77 days! The plant tends to be compact so you can fit plenty in your garden space.You can’t have too many because you may freeze them for winter and use in fajitas or omelets.These plants produce large, early, big  blocky, thick-walled fruits.  The flavor is very Fruity and sweet. Has high disease resistance.
