These potatoes have a oval shape, with a yellow netted skin and yellow flesh. They offer everything one could possibly want in a potato: heirloom quality, slightly flaky, deep golden flesh, and an irresistible flavor. They are especially great for gnocchi and for potato skins. We love these for baked potato chips, mashed, roasted, for baked wedges and German potato salad! When roasting, we love mixing this potato with Adirondack Red, Purple Majesty for the color combination as well as for variations of flavor and textures. While we scrub our potatoes, and cut the spots out, we nearly always leave the skins on.
