Beef: Kielbasa Sausage (fresh)

A traditional un-smoked polish sausage with the following spices: white pepper, coriander, and garlic powder.  We love this cooked in stuffed peppers but also for burgers, in chili, but frankly it is great with almost any recipe calling for ground beef!
