Townes’ Napa Salad (NOTE: Townes does not follow
recipes nor does he use measurements so I have taken his ingredients and
tried my best to figure out how he makes this delicious salad! Please adjust seasonings to fit your taste
buds.)

- 1 pound
of Napa Cabbage - Olive
Oil -
Balsamic Vinegar - Salt
and pepper to taste |
- 8 ounces of Manischewitz fine egg noodles (found at Ingles in the Asian section of the grocery store) - 1
garlic clove - 1/4 cup
grated cheese (we use white cheddar) |
(1) Shred Napa Cabbage by cutting into thin bite sized pieces. Toss (2) Make Salad Dressing: 3
tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon of
balsamic vinegar, 1 clove pressed garlic, salt and pepper to taste (3) Toss salad with salad dressing. Serve. |
