Cilantro-Mint Chutney
1/2 cup (packed) fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup (packed) fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon garlic scapes (or 2 cloves garlic)
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 jalapeņo chili, seeded, minced
2 tablespoons (or more) plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Put first 3 ingredients in a blender or food processor
along with 3 TB water and process until smooth.
Mix in onion, yogurt, lemon juice, and jalapeno. Add salt and sugar to taste.
