Chilled Sesame-Ginger Tatsoi:

tablespoon Sesame oil, 1/3 cup soy sauce
or tamari (may substitute miso sauce), 1/4 cup white
vinegar, 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 head of tatsoi, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic, 1 teaspoon fresh
oregano, 4 dashes of tabasco
sauce, 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds, Salt and Pepper to taste. (1) Make Marinade: combine soy sauce/tamari, sesame oil, ginger,
garlic, oregano, honey, vinegar, and tabasco sauce,
salt and pepper. (2) Chop tatsoi into bite sized pieces and sauté in oil or butter
just until wilted. (don’t cook long) (3) In large bowl, combine tatsoi
and marinde.
Mix well then refrigerate until well chilled. Garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
